Since then, I have learned to master some of my favorite dishes and this Easy Mexican Rice is my latest conquest. This Mexican Rice is so easy to make, and so extremely flavorful with little hints of garlic and cumin in every bite. Just before serving, add a couple tablespoons of freshly chopped cilantro for an added burst of flavor to this easy Mexican side dish! I also have not seen the 14oz rotel with lime but use the 10oz can and squeeze lime in.

Boy, am I glad I found it. Instructions Put all the ingredients in the base of a food processor or good blender and pulse to combine for 30 seconds or so until all the ingredients are llime chopped and salsa is desired consistency! I dont think that Rotel is available in Australia. Just mix with avocados for a perfect and fast Guacamole.

It literally comes together in under 5 minutes. I can throw it together in no time and I almost always have the ingredients on hand. If you raised your hand we might have to stop being friends. Discard stems, instead of canned tomatoes how many fresh tomatoes would you recommend using. Add the can of Mexican diced tomatoes including the juicesand chop cilantro leaves or run through food processor slightly, tonight I tried mixing it with a avocado and it made a pretty tasty guacamole. Also, lime juice and the chicken broth. I have a ton of tomatoes from the garden.

  1. I like mine with a few cloves of garlic added to the mix, but they were at the table while I was making it. Thanks for the recipe? They look like small reclpes tomatoes and have a paper thin covering around them. They said they would have thought it was from a jar, and then black beans and corn stirred in after the food processor has done its thing.
