  1. This book also helped me understand anxiety and depression further and how this related to many of my apin too. Ozanich's writing style is hilarious and funny yet effective and heart felt. However, pain is not "in the mind" of the sufferer--and is often misrepresented as such by people who reject a mindbody process for reasons of ego and monetary gain. Honestly thought you were a quack and returned the book to the library.
